In order to obtain a permit for the production of an audiovisual work at archaeological sites, museums and monuments owned by the State, whether it comes to real estate located in archaeological sites and historical places or elsewhere, or to movable monuments held in museums or collections of the State, the interested party must submit an application at least one (1) month before the scheduled filming, unless current affairs or news content is involved. The interested party must apply for a permit even if they are eligible for an exemption from fees.
Photography and filming fees for professionals depend on the equipment, the duration of the photo shoot or filming and the chosen venue.
