Procurement Department

The Procurement Department is one of the three core units tasked with procuring the material resources necessary for the sound operation of the Hellenic Organization of Cultural Resources Development (ODAP), in particular, the proper planning and optimal use of material resources and infrastructure that ODAP’s organizational units require to perform their work, with the ultimate goal of ensuring transparency and safeguarding the public interest in the award of contracts.
In order to fulfil these tasks, the Procurement Department is vested with the responsibility to conduct procurement procedures for the supply of goods and services (above or below thresholds) and to draw up a Uniform Procurement Plan for all material resources, equipment and supplies.
