Judicial Office of the State Legal Council

A Judicial Office of the State Legal Council has been established and operates at the Hellenic Organization of Cultural Resources Development (ODAP). The Judicial Office is headed by a member of the State Legal Council, who exercises general oversight of the Office, ensures its seamless and smooth operation, handles all matters that fall within his or her competence, issues opinions on legal matters raised by the President of the ODAP Administrative Board, offers legal representation and represents ODAP in proceedings before all national and foreign courts and arbitration tribunals, as well as before any other judicial or administrative authority, attends the meetings of the Administrative Board, when invited by its President, as an advisor on legal issues that may arise, without voting rights, supervises and coordinates ODAP’s lawyers with regard to the cases assigned to them, in accordance with the provisions of the law.
