The Directorate for Financial Resource Management is responsible for addressing matters related to the integrated financial management and control of all financial affairs and operations of the Organization.
Specifically, the purpose of the Directorate is to monitor cash inflows and outflows and record surpluses or deficits, plan the settlement of outstanding debt, monitor deposits, withdrawals, payments, money transfers, remittances, issue payment orders for expenses, and pay salaries and other remuneration to the staff.
The Directorate consists of three departments: the Budgeting, Financial Reporting and Accounting Department, the Budget Implementation and Payroll Processing Department, the Collections and Payments Department.
