Budgeting, Financial Reporting and Accounting Department

The Budgeting, Financial Reporting and Accounting Department is responsible for budget preparation and the optimal financial management of budgetary resources with a view to ensuring compliance with the principles of economy, efficiency and effectiveness, supervising and keeping accounting records of ODAP’s financial activities; it is also responsible for maintaining and strengthening financial stability within the framework of the Medium-Term Fiscal Strategy, and the transparency and consistency of fiscal rules in the medium term.
